Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

CV Snapshot is a service of Next Wave Capital Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing a package you agree to these terms.

The service

We build a personal resume website from the CV you provide, publish it on a domain registered in your name, and host it for as long as you keep renewing. Package features are listed on the pricing page at the time you buy.

Timeline

You'll receive a private preview link within five business days of uploading your CV. Revision rounds included in your package start from that preview. Delays in sending your CV or feedback extend the timeline.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of your CV and for having the right to publish everything you send us, including photos and logos. We publish what you provide and don't write or verify resume content. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.

Payment and renewal

The setup fee is charged at checkout. Your yearly renewal is charged automatically one year after purchase and each year after that, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Promotional prices apply only to the setup fee and only during the stated promotion period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by messaging us before your renewal date. Your site stays online until the end of the year you've paid for, then goes offline.

Refunds

If you cancel before we register your domain, we'll refund your setup fee in full. Once your domain is registered, the setup fee isn't refundable, because the domain cost is already spent and registered in your name. If a renewal charges and you didn't intend to renew, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that renewal.

Your domain

Your domain is registered with you as the owner. Ask at any time, including after you cancel, and we'll unlock it and give you the authorization code to transfer it to the registrar of your choice. Any transfer fee is charged by the receiving registrar and paid by you. See Your domain for the steps. Premium or specialty domains may cost extra, and we'll quote before purchase.

Changes after launch

Each yearly renewal includes one content refresh. Additional change requests are $25 each.

Availability

We host your site on Cloudflare's global network and work to keep it online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll email you about any material change before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
